Custom Guest Feedback allows event organisers to personalise guest feedback survey emails, ensuring they are relevant to the event.
Customisable Guest Feedback Emails

If guest feedback is enabled, organisers can now customise the feedback email content.

To customise:

Navigate to Event > Edit > Guest Emails > Enable Custom Guest Feedback Survey Email setting within the event.

Click Edit Template to personalise the message.

After making changes, click Update to save them.

These updates provide greater flexibility and control over event communications, making it easier to tailor messages for guests.
