If you need to increase the number of tickets available in a request, you can do so by adjusting the quantity within the system.
Before increasing the quantity, ensure that there are enough tickets allocated to accommodate the increase.
Steps to Increase Ticket Quantity:
Step 1: Increase Ticket Quantity in Your Request
- Click into your ticket request.
- Find the Increase Quantity option.
- Select the new quantity.
- Confirm your selection.
Step 2: Adjust Ticket Allocations (If Needed)
If you are unable to increase the quantity, this may be due to a lack of allocated tickets. To resolve this:
- Go to the event and select Manage Allocations.
- Increase the overall ticket allocation to the required amount.
- Click Update.
- Return to your request and increase the quantity accordingly.
