Introducing the new My Requests
The My Requests area has been completely rebuilt to provide a faster, cleaner, and more intuitive way to manage requests and guest lists.
This update includes:
- Instant visibility of what needs action — colour-coded approval statuses and dynamic indicators
- Manage guests without leaving the request — add, edit, replace, and remove guests inline
- A new All Fields View — see every guest field in a full-screen spreadsheet with instant export to Excel
- Sortable, searchable, and filterable guest lists
- Faster guest entry with Save & Add Another and smart email typo detection
- Clearer Replace and Return Ticket actions for declined and cancelled guests
- Major performance upgrade — built to handle up to 10,000 guests per request
- Mobile-friendly guest lists that work on any device
The overall look and feel remains familiar. However, the layout and underlying platform have been rebuilt from the ground up to reduce unnecessary clicks, make next steps more obvious, and deliver a major performance upgrade.
This article explains:
- What has changed on the My Requests page
- What has changed on individual Request pages
- Improvements to the Guest List
- The new All Fields View

- The Mobile experience
My Requests Page
The My Requests page displays all requests in one table view. Several enhancements have been made to improve clarity and prioritisation.
Clearer Guest Status Indicators
The Guests added column now shows whether any guests have Declined or been Cancelled. This is displayed directly beneath the guest count, highlighting that a replacement may be required.
Users can identify actions needed without opening each request.
Colour-Coded Status Chips
The Status column now uses colour-coded chips:
- Red — Action required (e.g. guests still need to be added)
- Yellow — Awaiting approval
- Green — Approved and complete
This makes it easy to prioritise requests at a glance.
New Actions Column
A new Actions column takes users directly to the right place:
- Guest List — if guest management is required
- View Details — if no guest action is required
Transfer and Return
The existing Transfer and Return functionality remains available, now accessed via the three-dot menu on the right-hand side of each request row. Permissions remain unchanged.
"To Invite" Column (If Enabled)
If Users send invitations is enabled, a new To invite column shows the number of guests in a Not Yet Invited status. This allows users to:
- Quickly identify which requests still require invitations
- Prioritise outstanding actions
If invitation sending is disabled, this column will not appear.
Request Page Updates
When selecting a request, the layout has been reorganised into two tabs:
Guest List and Request Details Tabs
- Guest List — the default tab when guest details are required
- Request Details — request information, update history, and admin actions
This removes the need to scroll past request details to find the guest section. All previous functionality remains available under the appropriate tab.
Guest List Improvements
The Guest List has been significantly enhanced for usability and performance.
Add Guests More Efficiently
Guests can now be added:
- One at a time via a modal window
- In bulk via the Bulk Import button, now clearly visible on the Guest List page
The modal includes three options:
- Save — save and close
- Save & Add Another — save and immediately add the next guest without closing the modal
- Cancel — discard and close
The modal also includes smart email typo detection, which highlights common email address errors (such as gmial.com or hotmal.com) before the guest is saved — reducing the risk of failed invitations.
If additional guest workflows are enabled, those fields will also appear within the modal.
Guest Status Summary
If guest registration status visibility is enabled, summary chips display at the top of the guest list showing how many guests are:
- Not Yet Invited
- Invited
- Registered
- Declined
- Cancelled
This provides a clear overview of the guest list without reviewing each record individually.
Enhanced Guest List Table
The Guest List table is now fully sortable, searchable, and filterable.
Users can sort by:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Company Name
- Invitation Status (if enabled)
Users can also search for specific guests by name, email, or company, and filter the list by status to focus on guests that require attention.
This makes it significantly easier to manage larger guest lists.
Tickets Column
A new Tickets column shows how many tickets are assigned to each guest. This is particularly useful when additional guest workflows are enabled.
For example:
- A primary guest with one additional guest will show 2 tickets
- A primary guest with two additional guests will show 3 tickets
If additional guests are not enabled, all guests will show 1 ticket.
Guest Actions
The Actions column provides contextual actions based on guest status:
- Invite — for guests who are Not Yet Invited (if enabled)
- Replace — for guests who have Declined or Cancelled. Selecting Replace allows a new guest to be added immediately
- Return Ticket — returns a ticket for a declined or cancelled guest, making it available for reassignment
A three-dot menu provides additional options:
- Edit guest
- Remove guest (if permitted and not yet invited)
Guests can now be edited individually without loading the entire guest list.
All Fields View
The new All Fields View provides a full-screen spreadsheet-style view of the entire guest list, displaying every guest field in a single table. It is designed for users who need to review, verify, or manage guest data in detail — particularly for larger requests.
- Every guest field visible — all standard and custom fields displayed as columns, giving a complete picture without opening individual guest records
- Instant export to Excel — export the full guest list to a spreadsheet with one click for offline review, reporting, or sharing
- Quick summary row — a summary row at the bottom of the table provides instant totals for any custom guest fields, making it easy to see counts and completion at a glance
- Overall tally — instant totals across the guest list so users can quickly check quantities without manually counting or exporting
The All Fields View is accessible from the Guest List tab via the All Fields button.
Additional Guest Handling
Additional guests are now visually nested beneath their primary guest.
While Not Yet Invited or Invited
- Additional guests are automatically collapsed
- They display as "Guest of [Primary Guest Name]"
Once Registered or Admin Approved
- Their full details are shown
- The additional guest record automatically expands
- The record remains grouped under the primary guest
Users can manually expand or collapse additional guests using the arrow icon on the left-hand side of the table. This creates a cleaner, more organised view — particularly for larger requests.
Email Address Display
To improve readability:
- Email addresses are accessed via an envelope icon
- Full details remain available in the All Fields view
- Guest details can still be edited individually
Request Details Tab
The Request Details tab contains:
- Full request information
- Update history
- A clearly visible Increase Quantity button (for admins)
This separates administrative request data from guest management.
Mobile Experience
The new My Requests experience has been fully optimised for mobile devices.
On smaller screens, the guest list is presented using a card-based view rather than a traditional table. Each guest is displayed as an individual card showing their key details and available actions.
- Optimised for speed — the mobile interface is lightweight and fast, even on large guest lists
- Card-based layout — guest information presented in a clear, scannable format suited to smaller screens
- Simple guest management — add, edit, replace, and remove guests directly from a mobile device
- Works on any device — the experience adapts automatically with no separate app or configuration required
Summary
The new My Requests experience provides:
- Clearer visibility of actions required
- Improved guest management tools
- Faster editing and invitation handling
- A new All Fields View with export to Excel and instant totals
- Better organisation of additional guests
- A cleaner and more intuitive layout
- Major performance improvements — supporting up to 10,000 guests per request
- A mobile-friendly experience that works on any device
These changes reduce unnecessary navigation and make managing requests faster and more efficient.
