What we need from you
To be able to investigate an issue, our Helpdesk team it is helpful to provide the following information in your request:
- The URL where it's happening
- A summary of the problem & steps to reproduce it
- Which users this problem is affecting? (one, some or all)
- Has it happened more than once or was it a one-off?
- Screenshot of the problem if relevant
Please note that without all of this information, there might be a delay in investigating an incident.
