Guest registration fields are used to capture information from guests during the registration process. These can only be configured by administrators.
When creating guest registration forms you can set up your 'text input' data type to create a larger white box. This allows your guests to easily submit longer responses that require more than one line of text.
To create this field follow these steps:
1. Head to your company settings
2. Click on the 'Lists' tab
3. Scroll down to the 'Guest Registration Fields' section and click 'Add Guest Field'
4. Create a new field with a 'Text Input' data type.
Give it a name and an optional description and then insert a number greater than 50 in the 'Max Length' box and click 'Save'. Please note that the max length will still apply restrictions to the filed as normal, even above 50.
You are now ready to enable that registration field on your event!
