Before allocating any tickets, ensure the correct ticket types are assigned to the venue (Venues > Edit Venue > Ticket Types).
To create or edit ticket allocations, browse to an event within a category and click ‘Manage Allocations’.
This will open the allocation window. Add tickets to the relevant ticket types and divisions for the specific event. If tickets need to be held back, it is recommended to allocate them to ‘Administrators’.
Note that tickets allocated to specific divisions are only visible to users registered to that division and administrators. If they go unused, they can be re-allocated within this screen.
For re-allocation of unused tickets, the current usage can be checked using the Dashboard within the 'Allocation utilisation' widget or by running the ‘Ticket utilisation by event’ report in the Reports section (set the event date range to display a concise report for the event).
