Full Admins can download a summary of all pending approval requests in the account and in a matter of minutes approve, decline or change requests in bulk, saving time and resources.
Activation

Requires Ticket and Assets Approvals to be enabled.

Once enabled, it will appear as a button within Approvals.
How To
1. From the 'Approvals' page, click the 'Import Approvals' button.
2. Click 'Download all pending requests'
This will download a spreadsheet with the details of all pending requests within the Approvals area.
3. In the downloaded spreadsheet review the requests and fill in the required columns to approve, decline or change the request. The columns that can be filled in are explained below:
Column: 'Approve? (Yes/No)'
Yes: Approves the request
No: Declines the request
Blanks: Ignored
Column: 'Approval Quantity'
To approve a quantity different than the one requested, enter the amount in this column and be sure to mark the 'Approve? (Yes/No)' column as 'Yes'
Should the 'Approval Quantity' column be left blank the requested quantity will be approved.
4. Save the spreadsheet and then click the 'Import Spreadsheet' option in the Import Approvals pop-up modal.
5. Choose the file and then click 'Upload file'.
6. A confirmation modal will then appear confirming the bulk actions.
Once processed the following actions will be taken depending on what was entered in the 'Approve? (Yes/No)' column of the spreadsheet.
Yes: Approves the request - request moves from 'pending' to 'approved' and confirmation email is triggered to the user.
If using two-stage approvals, 'Yes' will move the request from 'pending' to 'first stage approved' and will trigger the 'Request 1st stage-approved' email.
No: Declines the request - request moves to 'declined' and confirmation email is triggered to the user.
Blanks: Ignores and no action is taken - the request remains in 'pending'.
