Overview
The CC tool allows users to CC additional parties in all guest communications. This functionality is particularly useful in situations where a Personal Assistant (PA) needs to register on behalf of a guest, ensuring that the guest still receives all relevant communications and information.
How It Works
A Guest Registration Field, "Guest Emails CC Address", is available in the system. This field allows users to enter an email address that should receive the same guest communications as the primary guest email address.
How to enable the Guest Emails CC Address Field

Navigate to the guest registration fields in Settings > Lists > Guest Registration Fields.

Add a new guest registration field and select the "Guest Emails CC Address" field.

Save the guest record.
- The "Guest Emails CC Address" field is automatically set to Hidden in guest access settings.

Once saved, you can apply this to events, and all future communications related to the guest will be sent to both the primary email address and any CC email addresses specified.

To enable this field for specific events, navigate to Edit Event > Guest Fields and enable the "Guest Emails CC Address" field.
