Introduction
Sponsorworks provides bulk action capabilities to efficiently manage requests with missing guest details without handling them individually. This guide explains how to send reminder emails to users who haven't completed their guest details, using either event-specific targeting or across multiple events within a date range.
Steps / How-To:
Method 1: Guest Management (Event-Specific)
Navigate to Guest Management → Missing Guest Registrations tab
Select your target event from the dropdown menu
Review the list of users with incomplete guest details (completed users won't appear)
Select users individually or use "Select All" for bulk actions
Choose your action:
Send User Email: Opens custom email editor for personalised messages
Send User Reminder: Sends automated template immediately (no preview)
The Send User Reminder button sends the email template titled "Host reminder (GMM)" which can be edited under Settings > Emails.
Method 2: Dashboard (Multi-Event)
Log in as a system admin and navigate to the Dashboard
Locate the Get Missing Guest Registrations widget
Click Send Missing Guest Reminder to All Users
The system sends reminders to all users with outstanding requests across multiple events (e.g., next 30 days)
The Send User Reminder button sends the email template titled "Guest Details Incomplete Reminder (manual)" which can be edited under Settings > Emails.

Q: Why don't some users appear in the missing registrations list?
A: Only users with incomplete or unstarted guest details appear. Users who have completed all guest registrations are excluded.
Q: What's the difference between the two methods?
A: Guest Management targets specific events with granular control, while Dashboard handles multiple events simultaneously with broader reach.
Q: Can the automated email template be customised?
A: Yes, each method uses its own template (see above). You can edit them in Settings → Emails.
