We're sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. We strive to make sure these appears don't appear.
What happens next?
Our Helpdesk team will have been notified immediately and will be analysing the problem and scheduling a fix to be made, as soon as they can. Depending on the priority of the issue, the fix may happen soon or in the near future.
What can you do in the meantime?
You can log out and try again. There may have been a temporary issue.
If you were filling in a form on the platform (e.g. submitting a request or filling in some guest details), there may have been a problem with some of the characters you entered, particularly if you pasted the data from another source. Sometimes, this can trigger the platform security features and cause an error.If so, you can try to remove any strange characters and try again. (We will look to stop this happening in the future).
