Accessing the company theme
To change your system's branding visit Settings > Preferences > General Settings > Edit company theme.
Changing logo, background image and login screen image
You can change these files under the Images section. To upload a new image, click Choose File then browse to the file and click Upload Now.
We recommend the following file formats:
- Main logo - jpeg or png, maximum 100 pixels high and width in proportion. The taller your logo the taller the site header will be.
- Login screen logo - this is optional; if not specified, the main logo will be displayed. There is more room on the login screen so larger logos or different formats can be defined. You are also able to set a different login screen background colour by changing the Page background colour property in the Login Screen section.
- Background image - jpeg or png, recommended 3200 x 3200 pixels wide. This is the master background image, which can be overridden at category or event level as required. The image will be made to fit the user's browser window. If you have issues with the image not occupying the browser window, try a narrower crop. We recommend background images are high quality to avoid blurring or pixelation. For performance, try to keep large image files to 150kb to 300kb in size. If you are designing a custom image for the background image the maximum size of the content box in the centre of the screen is 1070 pixels wide with no maximum height as this will increase based on how many assets you have on the site.
Changing the site header
In most cases, the header will be a logo and a solid Header background colour.
If you need to apply a complex background, such as a gradient, you can select Change header background and upload an image. To fit most screens you may want to use a wide image such as 2000 x 150 pixels. You may need to experiment with exact dimensions and test on various screen resolutions, e.g. small laptop and large monitor, to ensure it works on all devices.
Selecting colours
Within the Colours section, you can edit all company theme colours, such as links, body text and table settings.
To edit a colour, click on the colour box. This will open the colour palette editor. Here you can select new colours using the picker or enter the hex code to input specific colours. Once you have selected to desired colour, select the round colour wheel in the bottom right of the colour palette to confirm.
When you have made your desired changes scroll to the bottom of the page and select the green Update Now button to save your changes.
