Spacing issues in content
If you are experiencing inconsistent spacing in templates or the emails being received look different to the content in the template editor, you will need to edit the template. Sometimes extraneous HTML code can get into the templates, especially if content is pasted from other sources such as Microsoft Word or Google Docs.
We recommend deleting paragraph and line breaks around the offending content and re-adding them via the template editor before saving the changes. This normally sorts all spacing issues.
Emails not expanding to full width on mobile
On larger screen phones, users can sometimes experience emails not stretching to fit the screen. The Sponsorworks standard email theme template is designed to be mobile responsive, so it should be possible to make it fit all devices. We recommend setting a header image in your email theme that is 700 pixels wide so that it fits all modern devices.
If you are using heavily customised HTML code, you will need to ask your template coders to make code changes and upload the source. Please refer to the article on Creating custom email templates.
