Before sending any manual reminders, be aware that automated reminders may be configured. Up to two automated reminders can be sent. These are enabled in Settings > Preferences > Guest Management Settings > Send guest invitation reminders every X days.
Manual invitation reminders can be sent by admins through the Guests tab under Guest Management.
- Select an event from the dropdown menu.
- Navigate to the Invited tab.
- From the list of guests, select the appropriate guests or choose "Select all guests," then click Send Reminder.
It is recommended to check the Last Reminder Date field before sending a manual reminder to avoid overloading guests with emails.
The email template used is called Guest Reminder Email and can be edited in Settings > Emails.
