Bulk Request Approvals
Full Admins can now download a spreadsheet of all requests pending approval and in a matter of minutes approve, decline or change requests in bulk, saving time and resources! This is extremely useful where approvals need to be sent around a business for review or managing large numbers of requests. Visit our support article for more information.
Bulk Guest Update
The Bulk Guest Update feature in the Guest Management allows admins and guest admins to export or update guest information in bulk via an XSLX file. This new functionality, accessible through a link next to the “Show all guests & additional guests” dropdown, simplifies the process of managing large guest lists for events and allows you to submit changes efficiently. PDF E-ticket Distribution
We know how time-consuming distributing PDF e-tickets from venues can be. To greatly reduce workloads we have released a new paid add-on module that allows Admins and Guest Admins to upload, allocate and distribute PDF e-tickets. This feature allows you to upload, assign, and send PDF tickets to guests in bulk. Tickets can be assigned to guests manually or automatically upon guest registration. Drag and Drop Subcategories
Admins can now drag and drop to reorder subcategories, providing the same customisation and flexibility previously available only for Event Categories.
Guests Editing Registration
The Sponsorworks platform will now allow guests to edit their own registrations up to the defined registration cut-off date, reducing the burden on the central admin team to manage registration details. This setting can be disabled under each event. For more details please view our 'Enabling guests to edit their details after registration' support article.
Custom Guest Emails Per Ticket Type
Admins can enable Custom Invitation and Custom Guest Invitation Accepted Emails per ticket type for events, allowing for an even greater personalised guest experience. For more information please visit our 'Custom Emails per ticket type' support article.
