The ‘Hide from user’ tick box field next to the ‘admin note’ against each request in the Approvals screen allows for notes to be made visible to the user (requester). The default behaviour remains for notes to be hidden from users, so the “Hide from user” box will be ticked when a note is first added.
This feature is available to admins only; admin notes are not available for approvers to edit.
