Using the Reporting Suite
You can access reports via the Reports section in the left-hand navigation menu. From here, you'll find a list of available reports generated from platform activity.
To see full descriptions of each report, use the Show report descriptions toggle in the top-right of the Reports page.
Most Commonly Used Reports
These are the most frequently accessed reports by users:

Ticket Utilisation by Allocation
Shows ticket allocations per division. Each row is split by allocation (division) and ticket type per event, including:

Remaining tickets

Approved tickets
-
Percentage demand

You can filter this by event dates or across event categories.

Order Summary
Lists all orders with full request details, filtered by event or date range. Each row represents a separate order, with the Order ID clearly labelled in the first column. -
Guests by Event
Provides comprehensive data on guests and their requests, offering more detail than the Guest Management export tool. Each row represents a single guest, including their core details and all relevant event information. -
Approvals Summary
Summarises all requests submitted through the system, including those that were rejected. Each row represents an individual request.
Top Tips for Working with Reports

All reports are exported in CSV format. These can be opened directly in Excel or Google Sheets.

If you're having trouble with formatting in Excel, use the Data tab > Get Data > From Text/CSV to import the file cleanly.

CSV files may store data locally, including in your browser cache. Please follow your organisation’s IT policy when saving and sharing report data.
