Whilst lots of people may register to your event it is important to be able to understand who actually attended. To do this download the Guests by Event report from the reporting suite with the correct date specified (Select the Registered & admin approved option under the Guest Status dropdown to filter out guests who were cancelled or released ahead of the event). Once the report is downloaded we recommend using Excel filters to identify the event you wish to view and then look at the Attendance Status column. Under this column you will find the following statuses:
Show - This means the guest was checked in to the event via either the Guest Management functionality or scanned in via the Sponsorworks Event App.
No Show - This refers to a guest that has not attended the event and has been manually marked as a No Show.
(Blank Cell) - If the cell is blank it means that the guest has not been checked in nor have they been marked as a No Show. In most cases this means that the guest has not attended and can be grouped with the No Show's.
