Standard reports
There are 15 standard reports within the platform which are accessible by administrators. All standard and custom fields within the platform are available within at least one of the reports.
Utilisation
- Ticket Utilisation by Allocation
- Summary of tickets in each divisional allocation along with actual and percentage utilisation and demand.
- Ticket Utilisation by Allocation with Guest Statuses
- Variation of the Ticket Utilisation by Allocation report which also shows the numbers of guests against each guest registration status
- Non-Event Asset Utilisation
- Summary of all the allocations of non-ticket (non-event) assets. (This report is only available if non-ticket assets are enabled on your system.)
Order / Request Activity
- Feedback Details

- Detailed report of all feedback questions and answers for business users.

- Order Summary
- List of orders / requests including every standard and custom field, approval audit trail and guest names.
- Orders by Business Objective
- Summary of orders by event grouped by business objective
- Order Objectives by Ticket Type
- Summary of orders grouped by business objective and ticket type
- Approvals Summary
- Summarises all the requests which have been submitted on the system, included those rejected.
- Additional Order Fields by Event
- Summarises all the additional custom fields which have been added for each event. Includes fewer fields than the order summary report for easier filtering and aggregation of data.
Guest Management
- Guests by Event
- Guest report for an event, useful for printing attended lists. Includes all cancelled and released guests unless filterers out.
- Guest Feedback Summary
- Aggregates all of the guest feedback, organised by the event. Includes full output of comment fields.
- Financial Transactions
- Summary of payments if credit card payments are enabled for guest or additional guest tickets. Includes transaction ID, status and payment amount for reconciliation with payment provider.
User Activity
- Total Tickets Ordered by User
- Summary of ticket usage by individual user for a period
- Users Report
- List of active and disabled user accounts on the system. Useful for auditing access periodically.
- Users and Guests Outstanding
- List of users and guests who have outstanding (incomplete) registrations for events – if using Guest Management module
- Broadcasts to Users
- Summary of broadcast emails sent to user segments.
Creative Approvals
(Only shown if Creative Approvals module is enabled)
- Creative Approvals Summary
- Summary of all creative approvals and their statuses. Useful for pulling a list of all approved assets across an organisation.
Custom reports
The Sponsorworks custom coding team can create bespoke reports to your specification in a matter of hours. This is useful if you need to always run a report with a specific set of fields.
We can also configure scheduling of reports if required. e.g. email a report to administrators every Monday morning.
In a future release, we will be introducing the ability for administrators to create their own custom reports with specific columns and column ordering.
