Managing your guest lists just got faster, more intuitive, and customisable! With our enhanced guest search and filtering capabilities, you can save time and streamline your workflows. Here’s everything you need to know about the new feature.
How to Use the New Guest Search and Filter Options

From Guest Management, Select Your Event
Start by selecting the event you want to search and filter. -
Access Search & Filter
Click the Search & Filter button to open the advanced search capabilities. -
Search by Name or Keywords

Enter the guest’s name or a keyword into the search bar.

Partial matches are supported, so entering "Google.com" will return all guests with "Google" in their email addresses.

Apply Filters

Choose a registration field from the drop-down menu.

Select the desired answer or criteria.

Click Apply Filters to generate a customised guest list.
Example: To see all guests requesting a hotel room, select the appropriate field (e.g., "Hotel Room Required") from the drop-down, choose the relevant option, and apply the filter.

Switch Between Guest Groups Seamlessly
Once a filter is applied, it will remain active as you move between different guest registration statuses, making it easy to manage different groups efficiently. -
View and Manage Applied Filters
Once filters are applied, they will appear in a modal at the top of your guest list. This allows you to see which filters are active at a glance. You can edit any applied filters to refine your list further or clear them at any time to reset your search and start fresh.
