This guide explains how to cancel an event. Cancelling an event will also cancel all associated ticket requests, both pending and approved, so it’s important to be certain before proceeding.
Steps / How-To:

Step 1: Go to the Event Page
- Find and open the event you want to cancel.

Step 2: Enter Edit Mode
- Click the Edit button in the event details page.

Step 3: Initiate Cancellation
- Click Cancel Event.
- A confirmation pop-up will appear asking if you are sure you want to cancel the event.

Step 4: Confirm Initial Cancellation
- Click OK to proceed.

Step 5: Enter a Cancellation Reason
- A new pop-up will appear asking for a cancellation reason.
- This screen will also inform you if there are any pending or approved ticket requests.

Step 6: Final Confirmation
- Click Continue to confirm the cancellation.
- All associated ticket requests will be cancelled, and the event will be removed.

A: All pending and approved requests are automatically cancelled.
Q: Can I undo a cancelled event?
A: No. Once an event is cancelled, it cannot be reinstated. You would need to create a new event.
