Event Visibility
Available From & To Dates
When creating assets and events, an Available From and Available To date must be set. These dates determine when the asset is visible to users on the system. While admins can see all assets at all times, users and approvers will only see assets that fall within the specified dates. A clock icon will appear next to assets that are out of date, indicating to admins which events are visible to users.
These dates are set in the event settings.
Utilising Divisions
To control the visibility of ticket allocations for certain users, the divisions functionality can be utilised. Once divisions are set up, each user can be assigned to their applicable division. These divisions will appear on the Allocate Tickets screen which can be accessed by an admin on any event page. When tickets are allocated to a specific division, only users in that division will be able to view the tickets. Other users may still see the events, but they will only see tickets when they are assigned to the divisions that the user has access to.
