Introduction / Overview:
Conditional content allows admins to create more relevant communications by showing different copy in emails based on specific attributes.
Conditional content can be added to both your internal user emails and guest communications to streamline your operational efficiency by allowing a single email template to handle multiple scenarios through conditional logic, rather than maintaining separate templates.
Activation & Set-up:
Conditional content is available by default and can be added when amending email templates.
When building the email scroll to the bottom of the screen to view what conditional content is available to add.
Steps / How-To:
1. Click into the email template
2. Copy the conditional content sentence and add it to the body of the email
For example: [IF tickettype IS 'hospitality']Insert your content relevant to the hospitality ticket type here.[/IF]
3. Save the email template
In the example above, the content would only appear on the email when it's related to a guest or user who has the ticket type 'hospitality'.
