Setting the From Email Address
The From Email Address is configured in Settings > Emails. The field can be found towards the bottom of the screen.

You can just specify an email address and no from name if preferred, in which case the angled brackets can be omitted:
Choosing a From Email Address
When setting up a From Email Address, it is important to consider how users and guests will reply to you. It is common behaviour for recipients to want to reply from their inbox so we do not recommend using a ‘no reply’ address.
We recommend setting up a group inbox and using that for your From Email Address so that multiple people have access to always ensure a prompt reply.
Ensuring deliverability with sender authentication
If you wish to use your own domain name for sending from the Sponsorworks platform, it is essential that we provide some domain name settings for your IT team to apply. These settings will advise recipients’ email servers that the Sponsorworks platform is legitimately associated with your domain i.e. it is not spam.
We use the same transaction email servers as Uber and Spotify and can achieve 99.9% successful inbox delivery when the correct domain settings are applied.
If they have not been applied though, important emails may end up in spam and will not be seen by the intended recipient.
Please email our Helpdesk if you need to change your email address and they will be able to provide the necessary settings.
Requesting a forwarding email address
If you do not want to have to make domain settings, we can provide a forwarding address using one of our domains (.com or .co.uk). The From Name can be set to any name of your choosing and we can configure multiple email addresses to receive email replies.
