When adding a document there are 3 fields to complete:
- Name (appears in the link)
- Description (e.g. PDF document)
- File to upload
‘File’ allows you to browse to any folder on your device or server drive.
Do not close your browser during file upload. For large files this may take a few seconds. We recommend keeping uploads under 5Mb.
Finally, set the permission to who should see the file e.g. both internal and external audiences might like to access a venue guide and map; a code of conduct might be applicable to just an internal audience.
*Setting a document to “Guests only” means that the document will be visible on the event guest registration pages.
