Introduction / Overview:
The image library tool allows you to easily create and display image galleries on your category pages. Uploaded images are displayed in a responsive grid layout, providing a clean and professional look. Thumbnails can be manually created and uploaded, and are downloadable by simply clicking on them. This feature is available as an optional upgrade, offering greater flexibility in managing and showcasing visual content on your platform.
Activation & Set-up:
To enable this feature, please email support@sponsorworks.co.uk or speak to your Customer Success Manager.
Steps / How to:
- Add a new category
- Add the image gallery tag ${UI_ImageGallery} to the description of your category
- Configure your category settings to your specifications and click 'Create'.
- Note: Best practice is to change your 'Category type' to 'Content only'.
- To start adding your images, click 'edit documents'
- Click 'Add a Document'
- Give your document a name and description and then upload your file
- Click 'add'
- Your image is now uploaded - navigate back to the category to see what it looks like.
Tagging Content:
Apply tags to images to increase searchability and make it easier for your users to find what they need.
To add a tag to an image update the 'Name' of the file to include brackets [ ].
Tags are completely customisable, fill the brackets with your tags separated by commas. For example [Tag name 1, tag name 2, tag name 3].
Add either 'landscape' or 'portrait' to your tags to use the orientation tag section. For example [Tag name 1, Tag name 2, portrait].
Once uploaded, your images will be displayed in your category and users can filter these down by orientation and tags.

Q: Can I change the order of my images?
A: Images are displayed in the order they are uploaded. To change the order you need to delete and re-upload your images in your desired order.
Q: How can users download the image?
A: Users can download the image by clicking on the thumbnail
