Recent product updates from Sponsorworks:
Standalone Microsites
Admins can now create standalone microsites that are not tied to the guest registration process. This is particularly useful for customers running multiple events at a single venue, as they can create a content-rich, reusable website that can apply to numerous events within their portfolio. This is a major time saver as it avoids having to create similar event websites for multiple events. It also allows you to focus on enriching the content and design over time to provide the best possible digital experience to your guests. This new enhancement is covered in our Event Microsites article.
Filtering / Segmenting Audiences in Guest Management
This significant improvement to the Search and Filter functionality, makes Guest Management more customisable and faster to work with. Admins can now apply filters based on any Guest Registration field, enabling the effortless segmenting of guests into groups. For example, you might want to send a custom email to guests who chose a particular answer in a drop down field during registration or might want to review the registration information of guests who did not select a checkbox. This is now possible to see in just a couple of clicks. This updates empower admins to streamline their workflows, save time, and manage even the most complex guest lists with ease. For a full guide on how to use the new search and filter options, check out our article: Search & filter functionality - Guest Management.
Delegation of User Rights
The delegation functionality allows users such as PAs or Executive Assistants to act on behalf of other users for tasks like requesting tickets and managing guest lists. This update provides the tools to seamlessly collaborate between users while maintaining clear tracking of who the tickets are assigned to. Learn more about using this functionality using our detailed guide on user delegation.
Guest Admins Report Access
Guest Admins now have the ability to download the Guest By Event report, directly from within Guest Management giving them tools to effectively manage guest lists for events.
Increased Flexibility for Users Sending Invitations
Where the ability for internal business users to send invitations is enabled, we have now introduced the ability for this to be turned off per event, which provides increased flexibility when using this functionality. By default, users are able to send invitations, it will remain enabled for all events unless manually disabled for a given event. To learn more about this functionality refer to the "Platform Users Sending Guest Invitations" section of our Sending Invitations to Guests article.
Automated Image Libraries in Categories
We’ve introduced a new feature that allows admins to easily create and display image galleries on category pages. You can showcase uploaded images in a mobile-responsive grid layout directly on the category page by enabling this new setting. This feature includes automatic thumbnail generation and image scaling to ensure a polished presentation and introduces the ability to download thumbnails simply by clicking on them. It's available as an optional upgrade, giving you more flexibility in managing and displaying visual content on your platform. Learn more about how to set up and customise image galleries in our detailed guide.
