Control Allocation Quantity Visibility by Category
Following several requests we have introduced the ability to hide allocation quantities from users at the category level, giving you more granular control over what information users see. Previously, this could only be applied platform-wide.
When enabled, users will see “Tickets available” instead of the specific number of tickets available. Full setup details are available in our Knowledge Base article.
Expanded Global Currency Support
We’ve expanded the list of currencies available within the platform, giving greater flexibility when managing international events and venues. Administrators can now enable and manage these currencies in Settings > Preferences, as well as under Ticket Types within Venues.
The full list of currencies now supported is as follows:
Argentine Peso (ARS), Australian Dollar (AUD), Bahraini Dinar (BHD), Boliviano (BOB), Brazilian Real (BRL), British Pound (GBP), Canadian Dollar (CAD), Chilean Peso (CLP), Colombian Peso (COP), Danish Krone (DKK), Euro (EUR), Hong Kong Dollar (HKD), Mexican Peso (MXN), New Zealand Dollar (NZD), Norwegian Krone (NOK), Paraguayan Guaraní (PYG), Peruvian Sol (PEN), Qatari Riyal (QAR), Saudi Riyal (SAR), Singapore Dollar (SGD), South African Rand (ZAR), Swedish Krona (SEK), Swiss Franc (CHF), Turkish Lira (TRY), UAE Dirham (AED), US Dollar (USD), and Uruguayan Peso (UYU).
This update ensures broader international compatibility for organisations operating across multiple regions.
New Request Filters in My Requests
The Request status filter in My Requests has been updated with new options to make it easier to find the requests you need. The options are now:
Active requests (default) – shows pending, first stage approved, and approved (not complete) requests for events from today onwards.
All future requests – includes all statuses, including cancelled and declined, for upcoming events.
Past requests (12 months) – includes all statuses for events in the previous 12 months.
This change makes it simpler to focus on upcoming activity while still allowing quick access to past request history.
