Add Custom JavaScript to Guest Pages
You can now insert custom JavaScript into your event’s guest pages, including Additional Guest Pages and (optionally) all pages in the guest registration journey (invitation, registration, confirmation, and feedback).
This enables use cases such as adding Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking (UTM parameters only apply to Additional Guest Pages), or custom scripts to enhance the user experience or gather analytics.
⚠️ Please note: enabling this feature will disable standard browser security checks (CSP), so we recommend consulting your information security or data protection team before switching it on.

Prevent Feedback from Applying to Past Events by Default
Following multiple requests from customers, we’ve introduced more control when enabling feedback at the category level.
Previously, turning on feedback would apply it to all events in the category, including those in the past.
Now, the behaviour differs slightly between Guest Feedback and User Feedback:
-
Guest Feedback – When enabling for a category with past events, admins will be prompted to choose whether to:
Apply Guest Feedback to all events (past and future)
Apply Guest Feedback to future events only
User Feedback – When enabling for a category, feedback will only apply to future events by default and will not be applied to past events. The flexibility to apply User Feedback to both past and future events will be introduced in an upcoming release.
These updates help ensure feedback is only enabled where intended, giving admins greater flexibility and control.
Guest Pre-Event Email Send Time
The automatic guest pre-event email will now be sent at 1pm instead of 5pm. As these emails are often scheduled for the day before an event, this change gives organisers more time to respond to guest questions and address any issues ahead of the event.
