Conditional content can now be added to both your internal user emails and guest communications to streamline your operational efficiency by allowing a single email template to handle multiple scenarios, rather than maintaining separate templates. New waitlist functionality in approvals
We’ve introduced a Waitlist status in the Approvals area, allowing admins and approvers to manage ticket requests more effectively. If a request cannot be approved immediately due to limited availability, it can now be placed on a waitlist. This ensures visibility in reports and dashboards while keeping users informed of their request status. Learn more about the Waitlist functionality here.
User feedback status added to order summary report
We’ve enhanced the Order Summary Report with a new User Feedback status, making it easy to see who has submitted user feedback after an event. This gives you a quick and accurate way to track engagement and follow up where needed.
The new statuses are:
- Complete – Feedback was enabled for the event and the user has submitted their response.
- Pending – Feedback was enabled, but the user hasn’t yet completed it.
- Not Enabled – Feedback wasn’t enabled for the event, so no response was expected.
