New Travel & Accommodations Module Now Available
We’ve launched a new Travel & Accommodations module in Sponsorworks to help you manage complex hospitality programmes more effectively.
The module allows you to create and allocate inventory items such as flights, hotel rooms, transfers, activities, and event tickets. You can assign these items to individual guests, monitor usage, and make last-minute changes with a clear audit trail of every action taken.

First and Last Name Now Separated in Guest by Event Report
We’ve updated the Guest by Event report to show first name and last name in separate columns. This was a highly requested improvement and makes it much easier to filter or sort by surname, particularly useful for larger events or when reviewing guest data alongside other systems.
Separating names also improves the clarity of your reports and export data for use in CRM tools. It also helps with deduplication and cross-referencing guest records, saving time and reducing errors.
