Guest by Event Report – Now Pulls Only Relevant Fields
We’ve improved the Guest by Event report so it now includes only the guest registration fields relevant to the selected date range or event. Instead of pulling every registration field from the platform, the report now checks what’s been used for the filtered events and includes only those fields, alongside the core guest data. This makes the report cleaner, more relevant, and easier to work with.
Clear Attendance Status in the Event App
You can now clear a guest’s attendance status within the Event App, either individually or for all guests at once. This allows for correcting mistakes or resetting attendance for multi-day events, without needing new QR codes.
Please note: this action removes all attendance data, so download reports before proceeding. Best practice processes for using these functionalities are covered in the associated article.
Moving offer acceptance wording to system messages
We’ve enhanced the Offer functionality to give full administrators greater control over the user experience. Messaging related to offers, such as status labels, descriptions, and the text on the accept/decline buttons is now fully editable via the System Messages area. To customise this wording, navigate to Settings > Messages, where you will find the messages under the Ticket Request Messages section.
This update allows for a more tailored and brand-aligned experience when managing offers.
