New change report
The report does not currently capture edits made in the Guest by Event report or via the Bulk Update Guest function. This will be added in due course.
You can access the Change Report under Reports > Guest Management > Change Report, where it can be filtered by event date or by specific events. This enhancement gives you better visibility and auditability of guest registration activity.
New additional guest page styling options
You asked for more flexibility when designing guest microsites. So we've added the ability to customise the navigation menu and content layout of Additional Guest Pages / Microsites. Choose between vertical, horizontal, or collapsed menus, and switch between a central content panel or full-width layout to better align with your event’s branding.
These options are available per event via Guest Pages > Manage Additional Guest Pages > Edit Page Style. Existing pages won’t be affected unless updated.
Updates to colour control of guest pages
To provide even more flexibility, we've also enhanced the colour customisation options for guest registration pages, especially useful when using Additional Guest Pages. Admins can now tailor the look and feel of all new menu types, including setting colours for the hamburger menu button, text, backgrounds, and hover states. These updates give greater control over branding and guest experience.

Guest registration dropdown fields with capacities
It is now possible to set capacity limits on dropdown fields for guest registration fields. This is perfect for managing limited spaces for things like activities, breakout sessions or transport options. Once a limit is reached, the option is either marked as full or hidden, depending on your settings.
Admins can enable this in Settings > Lists > Guest Registration Field Settings.
Expanded Video File Support in Creative Approvals
We’ve broadened the range of video and audio formats you can upload in the Creative Approvals area. In addition to existing image and document types, you can now upload the following formats: mp4, wav, ogg, webm, mpeg, mp3, m4a, avi and wma
This enhancement ensures greater flexibility when sharing media assets for review.
