Request Process Settings
The Request Process Settings provide administrators control over the various steps which affect the workflow which a user experiences when placing a request for inventory on the system. Configuring this appropriately will ensure that requesting inventory on the platform is simple for a user and provides them with only the relevant information.
- Enable users to view but not request from specified divisional allocation
- If enabled, on an event screen all users will have the option to expand a list of all the divisional ticket allocations for the divisions which are selected here
- Hide ticket cost during orders and in My Orders
- When enabled, no ticket costs will be shown to users.
- Hide number of ticket requests pending
- If enabled, the number of pending requests will be hidden from users on event /asset pages.
- Show available until date for events
- If enabled, users will be able to see the date the availability window ends. This is the "Available To" date set for the event.
- Show users which other users have been approved for an event
- If enabled, when viewing an event page, users will be able to see which users have requests with a status of approved.
- Show event description & venue map in request details
- If enabled users will be able to see the event description and venue map when they are on a request with inventory from the associated event.
- Rename unit cost field
- If enabled, the name of the Unit Cost field can be changed.
- Replace unit cost field label with
- Override the Unit Value field name e.g. Face Value.
- Enable unit value field – visible to
- Enable the Unit Value field, in addition to the Unit Cost field. This can be used to store the face value of tickets for reporting purposes.
- Replace unit value field label with
- Override the Unit Value field name e.g. Face Value.
- Currency
- Set the currency for the Unit Value field.
