The Lists tab is where the custom fields and lists are configured by administrators.
There are five sections on the Lists tab:

Business Objectives
- Configure the list of business objectives that are presented to users when placing requests for tickets and non-ticket assets. For each objective, the approval workflow settings and custom content can be set.

Guest Registration Fields
- Configure the master list of guest fields which are used to build guest registration forms. See the Configuring guest fields article for further information.

Additional Order Items
- Configure products that can be requested when placing a request for a ticket or asset. Used to configure optional additional items such as car parking passes. Additional request fields can also be used to achieve this.

Additional Order Fields
- Configure custom fields that are presented to business users when placing requests for tickets or non-ticket assets. Fields can be associated with all objectives or a single objective, allowing workflows to be heavily customised. Fields must be created for each asset type on the system. The Asset Type drop down filter will display Events with tickets plus one entry for each non-ticket asset category (e.g. merchandise, driver appearances, stadium tours, digital experiences)

Additional User Dropdowns
- If custom information needs to be created during the user registration process, additional drop down fields can be added here e.g. Country or Department. (If custom cost codes are required, this functionality needs to be enabled by our Helpdesk and is managed under Divisions).
