Event promotion
- Enable event promotion
- If enabled, upcoming or specific events can be selected to be shown at the top of the user’s home page above the category listings. Useful if certain events have low demand or high availability.
User Registration Settings
The settings described below configure the process that all users will go through when registering their account on the platform.
- Number of divisions users can belong to:
- Defines whether users can belong to one division (Single) or more than one (Multiple). Single is the recommended setting where possible. This setting does not apply to Approvers who can be assigned to multiple divisions for managing approvals regardless of this setting.
- Do not request address at registration
- By default users are asked to enter their address for delivery of physical tickets and assets. If checked, users are not requested for an address at registration time.
- Force users to accept terms and conditions at registrations
- If enabled, users will be required to accept the supplied terms and conditions when registering.
- Enable public user registration process (admins can still invite users too)
- If enabled, a link to register will appear on the login screen. If not enabled, all new users will need to be invited to register. If Single Sign On (SSO) is enabled, users will be automatically registered once they access via the SSO platform.
- Request company-specific user ID (e.g. Employee Number) during user registration
- If enabled, the user ID field is displayed during registration. This field appears in reports. It may be useful for internal reporting on business outcomes to join platform data with other data sources.
